Giant Pacific Octopus

“The Giant Pacific Octopus is a signature piece for me.  I have made 19 so far. They have sold well in galleries, and won a peoples choice award last year at the Federal Way Arts Explosion. The arms however have not been durable enough for public art.  By adding a 44” diameter ring (stagecoach rim!), the piece will be resistant to vandalism as all the arms will be secured and not extend beyond the rim more than a couple inches. I’d like to let the piece rust for a nice outdoor look.”
